As a learning expert with over 20 years of practical experience in education, thought leadership, and management, I am passionate about helping professionals expand their businesses and develop online courses and corporate training programs globally. With three Master's Degrees - MA, MBA, and MBC - and a background as a well-known professional speaker, teacher trainer, educational management consultant, author, and high-school principal, I have a unique skill set to empower my clients and help them reach their goals. I am known for simplifying the complex and consistently seeking to improve learning outcomes. I am very approachable and make people relax and enjoy the experience.
In January 2019, I left everything behind in Denmark and embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in the United States, where I built my business from scratch.

Here’s how it works:
- We schedule a call to see if we are a good fit.
- We follow a step-by-step guided process to help you create a meaningful and profitable online course.
- We develop the curriculum with a course outline, storyboard, talking points for slides, and learning support materials to ensure an empowering learning experience for your audience.
- We produce the online course in a Learning Management System (LMS) with different levels of support:
- "You Do" with class and community support.
- "You Do" with individual support.
- "Done With You," where I guide you where you need my help - course development or LMS setup.
