What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

We are looking for an exceptional Content Marketing Manager to take full responsibility of LearnWorlds inbound marketing strategies including article writing, blog and ebook editing, SEO supervision, and the resulting lead generation. Our ideal candidate is a marketing professional with writing and/or editing background. You should be able to develop yourself or design and supervise the creation of engaging content to attract new customers. For this position, you will manage both internal (Junior Copywriters) and external (SEO Agency) resources. Up to date, LearnWorlds has published more than 15 ebooks and hundreds of articles about eLearning and Course Selling, thus becoming a thought leader in the field; we are looking for a professional that will help us not only maintain this status but become the indisputable global authority in our industry. Ultimately, you should be able to expand LearnWorlds digital footprint and brand awareness while bringing in increasing and qualified traffic to the marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design content marketing strategy and set measurable goals.
  • Ideate and implement content marketing initiatives to achieve set business targets.
  • Manage a team of junior copywriters to produce high-quality targeted content.
  • Negotiate and manage content partnerships opportunities with key stakeholders.
  • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content.
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Analytics.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics.
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence.
  • Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas that increase qualified traffic.

Experience & Qualifications you'll need to succeed:

Required
  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager.
  • Native or near-native English literacy.
  • Experience working in the eLearning industry is a highly desired attribute.
Nice-to-have
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and WordPress.
  • Expertise in Content Management Systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and Analytics tools.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field.
