What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and outgoing Office Administrator/Personal Assistant (with English and Greek skills) to join our local team. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, is fluent in Greek and English and has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing the full spectrum of secretarial support.
  • Provide assistance to the CEO, managing the agenda, scheduling calls and meetings on a daily basis.
  • Handle emails, calls, appointment reminders.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO and the executive team.
  • Organize office operations, procedures, and supplies.
  • Assist the Finance department in handling minor bookkeeping, back-office and treasury day to day tasks.
  • Assist the HR department with necessary HR Administration work.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Experience & Qualifications you'll need to succeed:

  • Excellent Greek & English language skills both spoken and written.
  • Degree holder.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office skills, especially spreadsheets.
  • Minimum of 2 years of secretarial or administrative work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail along with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Well-presented, trustworthy and punctual.
