How to set up the Calendly integration
Setup takes a few minutes and needs a Calendly account. You connect Calendly once, then add 1:1 or group session activities to any course.
Create your Calendly event types
Log in to Calendly or create an account, then set up the event type or types you want learners to book.
Turn on the integration
In LearnWorlds, open Settings → Integrations → Live Sessions and click Activate for Calendly.
Choose instructor access
Decide whether instructors can connect their own Calendly accounts. This option is available on Learning Center and above.
Connect your account
Click Connect account, then finish connecting in Calendly when LearnWorlds redirects you.
Add a session activity
In a course, add a 1:1 session or group session learning activity and choose your connected Calendly event.
Assign instructors
On Learning Center and above, assign the connected Calendly account to one or more instructors.
What the Calendly integration handles automatically
Show open time slots
Calendly automatically shows only the open times on your connected calendar when a learner opens the booking activity.
Sync schedule changes
Calendly automatically syncs a cancellation or reschedule to LearnWorlds when a learner changes a booking on Standard plans or higher.
Create the live session
Calendly automatically creates a Zoom or Webex session after a learner books, if you connect that tool inside Calendly.
