How to set up the LearnWorlds and Olark integration
You need an Olark account. At the end, your Olark chat widget is connected to your school through its Site ID.
1. Log in to Olark
Log in to your Olark account, or create one first. Requires: an Olark account.
2. Customize the chat widget
In the Olark dashboard, customize your chat widget, then open Settings > Chat Widget.
3. Copy your Site ID
Click the Installation code dropdown to see the code, then find and copy the Site ID.
4. Paste the Site ID
In LearnWorlds, open Settings > Integrations > Customer Service and click Activate. Paste the Site ID and save. For the full setup guide, see the Olark help article.

Your Olark Site ID. In Olark, open Settings > Chat Widget and click the Installation code dropdown to find it. Paste it under Settings > Integrations > Customer Service.
