Set up through the wizard
Tawk.to’s wizard asks for your school name, LearnWorlds domain, and widget name. Click Done to reach the dashboard.
Copy one widget code
Find the code under Administration > Channels > Chat widget and copy it with Copy to Clipboard.
Follow visitor cookie choices
With GDPR compliance on, visitors see the chat box only after they accept Functional Cookies.

How to set up the LearnWorlds and Tawk.to integration
You need a Tawk.to account. At the end, your Tawk.to chat box shows in the bottom right corner of your school page.
1. Log in to Tawk.to
Log in to your Tawk.to account, or create one first. Requires: a Tawk.to account.
2. Complete the setup wizard
Fill in your LearnWorlds school name, your LearnWorlds domain, and your widget’s name. Click Done to finish.
3. Copy the widget code
In the Tawk.to dashboard, open Administration > Channels > Chat widget and click Copy to Clipboard.
4. Open Customer Service in LearnWorlds
Log in to your LearnWorlds school and open Settings > Integrations > Customer Service.
5. Paste the code and save
