Not through this integration. The data LearnWorlds makes available to Intercom is the user’s username and email. Course progress and enrollment history aren’t part of it.
Do I need to do anything in LearnWorlds settings to pass learner data to Intercom?
Yes, one step. Activate Intercom under Settings > Integrations > Growth tools. Paste your eight-digit workspace ID and click Save, and LearnWorlds makes each user’s username and email available to Intercom.
How to set up the LearnWorlds and Intercom integration
Find your Intercom workspace ID, then paste it into LearnWorlds. At the end, Intercom receives each user’s username and email.
Create an Intercom account
Sign up for Intercom if you don’t have an account yet. Requires: an Intercom account.
Open the Messenger install page
In Intercom, click the profile icon at the bottom left and choose your workspace. Open Settings > Channels > Messenger > Install.
Copy your workspace ID
Under Choose how to install the messenger, pick Code snippet and copy your eight-digit app_id. You can also find it after apps/ in any Intercom URL.
Activate Intercom in LearnWorlds
Open Settings > Integrations > Growth tools and activate Intercom. Paste the ID and click Save. For the full setup guide, see the Intercom help article.
