What you can do with Zapier and LearnWorlds
Trigger zaps from learner activity
Start a zap when a learner finishes a course or an assessment. Learning activity and learning program completions work too.
Enroll users from other apps
Run Enroll User in Product from any connected app. If the email isn’t in your school yet, LearnWorlds creates the user first.
Find users by email
Use the Find User search step to pull a learner’s full record by email or ID before your next action.
Filter zaps by product
Add a filter on Product ID so a zap only continues for enrollments in the product you pick.

How to set up the LearnWorlds and Zapier integration
You need a Zapier account and your LearnWorlds admin login. At the end, your school is authorized in Zapier and ready for new zaps.
1. Sign in to Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account, or click Sign up to create one. Requires: a Zapier account.
2. Find the LearnWorlds app
In Zapier, click My Apps and type LearnWorlds in the search field. Select the LearnWorlds integration.
3. Add your School ID
Paste your School ID from Settings > School settings > School info, then click Yes, Continue to LearnWorlds. Requires: the LearnWorlds admin account or, with multiple schools, the Organization Owner or Super Admin.
4. Log in and authorize
Enter your LearnWorlds email and password, click Login, and select Authorize when the request appears.
5. Test the connection
Click Test Connection and wait for the button to show Test successful. For the full setup guide, see the Zapier help article.
Who uses the Zapier integration and how
Course creators following up on survey feedback
A five-star SurveyMonkey response starts the zap. Find User pulls the learner’s record, and the zap emails them a course offer.
Academy admins emailing certificate earners
A learner earns a certificate and a filter checks its name. Only learners with that certificate get the follow-up email.
Training teams routing product enrollments
A zap watches User Enrolled in Product and filters on Product ID. Only enrollments in the chosen product move to the next step.

It’s available on Pro Trainer and above. The Starter plan doesn’t include it.
Yes. LearnWorlds events can start zaps, and zaps from other apps can enroll users or change their tags in your school.
Only the LearnWorlds admin account can connect and manage it. With multiple schools, the Organization Owner and Super Admin can too, and each school needs its own connection and new zaps.
Each imported user can fire its own zap. Importing 20,000 users with a New User zap turned on fires 20,000 zaps and raises your Zapier costs, so pause related zaps first.
Yes, if you move learner data between tools by hand. Zaps can enroll buyers, tag users, and start follow-ups from course events without exports. For other connections, browse all LearnWorlds integrations.
