Which LearnWorlds events can trigger a Pabbly Connect workflow?
Eight webhook triggers are available. They cover purchases, course completions, and certificates. Leads, user updates, and subscription events are covered too.
Is Pabbly a reliable option for critical enrollment and notification workflows?
Pabbly Connect triggers run on LearnWorlds webhooks, which retry 20 times when they don’t get a successful response. The wait doubles each time, starting at one minute. Keep each workflow turned on, since Pabbly Connect only runs active workflows.
Do I need to pay for Pabbly Connect separately, or is it included with LearnWorlds?
It isn’t included with LearnWorlds. You create your own Pabbly Connect account on its website, and the help article doesn’t say which Pabbly Connect plan you need.
How to set up the LearnWorlds and Pabbly Connect integration
You need a Pabbly Connect account and a test user in your school. At the end, your first workflow receives live LearnWorlds data.
1. Sign in to Pabbly Connect
Log in to your Pabbly Connect account, or click Sign up to create one. Requires: a Pabbly Connect account.
2. Create a workflow
Click Access Now under Pabbly Connect, then click Create Workflow and give your automation a name.
3. Choose the LearnWorlds app
Search for LearnWorlds under Choose App in the Trigger or Action field, then select the trigger or action you need.
4. Paste the webhook URL
Copy the webhook URL from Pabbly Connect. Paste it into the matching trigger under Settings > Developers > Webhooks in your school and click Save.
5. Test with a sample user
Keep a test user enrolled in a product or who has fulfilled your trigger. Pabbly Connect then shows the test response it received.
6. Add actions and turn on
Click the plus icon to add actions from other apps, then turn the workflow on so it runs. For the full setup guide, see the Pabbly Connect help article.

New Purchase starts the workflow when a learner buys. Pabbly Connect sends the buyer to Pipedrive, so sales sees the deal without a manual export.
