Start automations from webhooks
Pick from eight LearnWorlds webhook triggers. Purchases, course completions, and certificate awards are all covered.
Enroll users in products
Give a user access to a course or bundle. If the email is new, LearnWorlds creates the user first and then enrolls them.
Remove access from products
Unenroll a user from a paid or private course or bundle when an event in another app calls for it.
Add or remove tags
Add one or more tags to a user, or remove them, from any Integrately automation.

Is Integrately a reliable alternative to Zapier for critical LearnWorlds workflows?
It covers fewer LearnWorlds events than Zapier. Integrately has eight webhook triggers and five actions. The LearnWorlds Zapier app adds triggers such as product enrollments and failed payments.
Does using Integrately create a single point of failure if it goes down?
Failed deliveries get retried. If Integrately doesn’t return a successful response, LearnWorlds retries the webhook 20 times and doubles the wait each time, starting at one minute.
How to set up the LearnWorlds and Integrately integration
You need an Integrately account, LearnWorlds API credentials, and a test user. At the end, your first automation runs on live data from your school.
1. Sign in to Integrately
Log in to your Integrately account, or click Sign up to create one. Requires: an Integrately account.
2. Start a new automation
Click New Automation and search for LearnWorlds plus the app you want to connect.
3. Pick trigger and action
Scroll down, select the trigger and action for the automation, and click Go.
4. Connect through webhooks
Follow the short Integrately video to connect LearnWorlds through webhooks. Paste your API credentials from Settings > Developers > API when asked.
5. Check the sample data
With a test user enrolled in a product, click the button that checks whether Integrately received the data.
6. Map fields and test
Click the test button and fill in the map fields with the variables from each drop-down menu. For the full setup guide, see the Integrately help article.
