Four platform features also shipped. Learner Pages let you build customizable hubs for courses, progress tracking, grades, and certificates. Updated user automations now support multi-step workflows with branching logic, delays, multiple triggers, and exit conditions, no external tools required. Sales analytics now breaks down revenue by pricing model, refunds, and overall performance. A new License reporter role lets B2B clients track learner progress using a dedicated access level, without full admin rights. The Course Hub reached 140+ ready-to-license courses.

March 2026
Course Hub launched with 90+ ready-to-license courses across AI, marketing, project management, and communication. Free to preview; payment applies only when you enroll students. Available on all paid plans. Academies on a Learning Center plan or above can apply to sell their own courses on the Hub via the waitlist.
LTI activity support is also live, letting you connect external learning tools directly into your courses without leaving the platform.

Evolution 4x launch series: four live sessions, eight weeks, covering plug-and-play content, recommendation engine, multi-step automations, and AI website design.
On the platform side: a public Status Page went live, giving you real-time updates on incidents and service changes. Tiered subscriptions launched, letting you offer Basic, Pro, and Premium pricing within a single program, with built-in upgrade and downgrade flows. Gifts, Licenses, and Custom deals all shipped, completing the B2B commerce layer.
Gifts let learners buy your products for others, useful for seasonal promotions. Licenses allow bulk access to be sold in a single transaction, with clients distributing seats to their teams. Custom deals let you set negotiated pricing and share one checkout link. User fields gave admins control over what data gets collected and what stays internal, with new admin-only field options. Two new LearnWorlds Academy courses launched: From Subject Expert to Learning Designer in Under an Hour and LearnWorlds Onboarding Essentials.

September 2025
Six capability areas shipped in September. Learning Programs added structured, goal-driven journeys with navigation rules and completion tracking. Cart replaced single-product checkout with a multi-item purchase flow. Smarter Offers added auto-applied discounts, multi-coupon support, and usage limits. Simplified User Management gave admins cleaner control over free course access, un-enrollments, and expiration dates. Multiple subscriptions let learners hold more than one subscription at once.
