Learn about…

AI can generate a course. Can it make your business smarter?

AI is speeding up course production, but faster output doesn’t necessarily mean better learning or a smarter business.

This September, we’re looking at both sides of that question: what AI means for instructional design, and Panos’s latest Forbes argument on whether individual AI learning is actually turning into organizational intelligence.

Platform & feature updates

Sell taxable and tax-exempt training from one academy

You can mark individual courses and Learning Programs as tax-exempt, add the relevant legal reference, and show the correct tax treatment automatically at checkout and on invoices.

Design and update your mobile app with AI

Go from a blank screen to copy and visuals based on your academy in one prompt. Then refine the content or update a whole section without editing every element.

Native accessibility improvements

New accessibility improvements are now live in the Course Player, including better keyboard navigation, focus states, semantic structure, and screen reader support. More updates are coming across Interactive Video, PDFs, assessments, ebooks, and other learner-facing areas.

Dictation when using AI

Use your voice to guide AI creation in your academy. Press the microphone button next to the send icon and speak your prompt. Pause and resume if you need to think mid-sentence, then edit the text before you send it.

You Asked. We Delivered.

We made 58 updates across LearnWorlds in the last two months based on your requests. Set tighter permissions, complete bulk work faster, access clearer records, reuse course content, and remove common checkout blockers.
