How to set up the LearnWorlds and Freshchat integration
You need a Freshchat account. At the end, your Freshchat chat box shows in the bottom right corner of your school page.
1. Sign in to Freshchat
Sign in to your Freshchat account, or create one first. Requires: a Freshchat account.
2. Customize your web chat widget
In Freshchat, open Settings > Admin settings > Web chat > Start customizing. If you already have widgets, pick one and click Embed.
3. Copy the embed code
Once the widget looks the way you want, open the Embed code tab and click Copy.
4. Paste the code in LearnWorlds
In LearnWorlds, open Settings > Integrations > Customer Service and click Activate. Paste the code under Freshchat and save. For the full setup guide, see the Freshchat help article.
