Do learners need to accept tracking cookies before Fullstory activates?
Only if your school uses data privacy settings. With those settings on, users must accept analytics cookies before Fullstory collects data. With no data privacy settings configured, cookies are accepted by default and users don’t need to do anything.
We need more granular learner behavior data than standard analytics. Can Fullstory provide this?
Yes. Fullstory replays individual sessions with navigation, clicks, and form submissions. It also adds heatmaps, event tracking, and error monitoring for slow-loading pages and JavaScript errors.
How to set up the LearnWorlds and Fullstory integration
You need a Fullstory account and your Fullstory script. Once you save, the integration is active in your school.
1. Open analytics integrations
In LearnWorlds, go to Settings > Integrations > Analytics. Find Fullstory and activate it. Requires: a Fullstory account.
2. Copy your Fullstory script
In Fullstory, go to Settings > Fullstory Setup > Install your Fullstory and click copy.
3. Paste the script and save
