Automations

Build automated workflows with the Make LMS integration

Connect your school to more than 1,000 apps and run scenarios from enrollments, completions, and payments. The Make LMS integration also creates, enrolls, and tags users.

TL;DR

The Make integration replaces manual handoffs between your school and the rest of your stack. LearnWorlds webhooks start Make scenarios, and Make can update users in your school.

Skip the manual follow-up. A course completion starts your Make scenario

Stop adding buyers by hand. A scenario enrolls them and creates the account if needed

Drop the subscription spreadsheet. Cancellations and renewals reach your scenario as they happen

Best for: Operations leads and course admins who build multi-step workflows across several apps.

Available on Learning Center and above.

What you can do with Make and LearnWorlds

Watch learner and payment events

Start a scenario from 15 LearnWorlds webhook triggers, from course completions and certificates to subscription trials and payments.

Manage users from scenarios

Create or update users from any step, and suspend or unsuspend them when a scenario calls for it.

Enroll users in products

Give a user access to a course or bundle. If the email is new, LearnWorlds creates the user first and then enrolls them.

Make custom API calls

Use Make an API call for anything the ready-made modules don’t cover. It runs an authorized call against your school.

What teams ask before connecting

Which LearnWorlds triggers are available in Make?

Make has 15 LearnWorlds webhook triggers. They cover enrollments, course completions, and payments. Tags, leads, and subscription changes are included too.

Is Make a reliable option for automating critical enrollment workflows?

Make triggers run on LearnWorlds webhooks, which retry 20 times when they don’t get a successful response. The wait doubles each time, starting at one minute. Test each scenario with a real test user before you rely on it.

Does using Make mean we need another paid subscription on top of LearnWorlds?

You need your own Make account alongside your LearnWorlds school. You create it on Make’s website, and the LearnWorlds help article doesn’t specify which Make plan you need.

Who uses the Make integration and how

Marketing teams enrolling leads from Unbounce

A visitor submits an Unbounce form. Make runs Enroll the User on a Product, and LearnWorlds creates the account if the email is new.

Course admins tracking cancellations in Google Sheets

Watch Subscription Cancelled starts the scenario. Make adds the learner and plan to a Google Sheet, so nobody exports cancellations by hand.
