Track learner revenue and behavior with the Mixpanel LMS integration

See who signs up, what they buy, and which pages they view. Revenue ties to each Mixpanel profile. The Mixpanel LMS integration sends school events with one project token.

TL;DR

The Mixpanel integration sends sign-ups, purchases, and page views from your school to Mixpanel with one project token. You stop stitching revenue data by hand and segment lifetime value in Mixpanel People.

Skip manual user imports. Each signup adds the user to Mixpanel People

Stop calculating lifetime value by hand. Purchases update each user’s Lifetime Revenue

Stop sorting raw page data. Each tracked page view arrives tagged with its Page Type

Best for: Product and growth teams who analyze engagement, retention, and revenue per learner in Mixpanel.

Available on all paid plans. Automation events need the Learning Center plan or higher.

What you can do with Mixpanel and LearnWorlds

Report on revenue per user

All charges go to your Mixpanel Revenue Report, so you can segment Lifetime Value and Average Revenue per Paying User in Mixpanel People.

Track product and checkout pages

Page View events fire on course and bundle pages, subscription and payment pages, and pages built with the page builder. Each one adds details such as the product ID and type, plus its title and slug.

Choose the events you send

Turn on Signup, Free Trial, and Purchase Item events. Enrolled and View Item events are available too, along with Add to Cart and Begin Checkout.

Send completions from automations

On Learning Center or higher, an automation can send a Mixpanel event when a user completes a course. These server-side events go through the Mixpanel API for higher data accuracy.

How LearnWorlds and Mixpanel integrate

See which school events reach Mixpanel. Page views fire once the token is saved, and the other rows need their event setting turned on.

What teams ask before connecting

Which LearnWorlds events are sent to Mixpanel automatically?

Page View events go automatically from product pages, payment pages, and pages built with the page builder. Signup, Free Trial, and Purchase Item events each have their own setting to turn on. So do Enrolled and View Item, plus Add to Cart and Begin Checkout.

Do learners need to accept analytics cookies before Mixpanel receives data?

Yes. Users must accept the analytics cookies in your school. They also need to browse without ad or cookie add-ons that block the events.
