At LearnWorlds, we don’t do things small. Our Evolution 4x series kicked off the year with four landmark events packed into 8 weeks, each unveiling features set to change how online learning works in 2026.

If you are new here, LearnWorlds serves over 13,000 customers worldwide. Together, they’ve trained 32 million learners and generated over $1 billion in revenue. These numbers reflect a community of educators, trainers, and businesses that take learning seriously and expect their platform to keep up.

LearnWorlds Evolution 4x brings together a powerful set of new features designed to help you grow faster and operate smarter. From expanding your catalog with Course Hub and connecting external tools through LTI 1.3, to closing bigger B2B deals with Automations, Learner Pages, User Groups, and License Reporter, everything works together in one ecosystem.

You can increase revenue with Recommendations, Order Bumps, Tiered and Mobile Subscriptions, backed by Sales Analytics for smarter decisions. And with AI tools like the AI Site Builder, AI Ebook Builder, AI Assessment Builder, and AI Image Builder, you can launch high-quality content faster than ever.

February 19th | Plug & play new content

On February 19th, we introduced the first two features that open up new possibilities for anyone in the training world: Course Hub, a marketplace where you can license courses, and LTI integration, which makes it easier to connect the tools you already use into one seamless experience.

If you missed the event, you can watch the replay by clicking here.

Course Hub: a smarter way to share and scale courses

Whether you create courses or you’re looking for ready-made content, Course Hub is built with you in mind.

If you’re looking to license content in your academy, Course Hub helps you launch new content in minutes with ready-to-sell, quality courses. You can browse a catalog of professional courses and license them with no upfront costs. Once you license a course, it lands in your school as a draft, so you can review it and tailor it before your learners ever see it.

If you want to resell your courses, Course Hub gives you a new way to earn from the content you’ve already built. You can publish your courses to the Hub and make them available for other schools to license — without setting up a separate sales process. It’s a passive revenue stream that works in the background while you focus on what you do best.

Start earning more from your courses, and apply to be a reseller.

Course Hub in practice

With Course Hub, a school turned a potential deal loss into a $75,000 contract with a 93% margin by licensing their courses through the Hub for $5,000 in costs, charging per enrollment.

This is especially useful for corporate training teams that need to roll out programs quickly without spending months developing content from scratch.

💡Keep learning: How to sell online courses

LTI Integration: One place for all your learning tools

If you’re newer to the training world, here’s the challenge LTI solves: most organizations use multiple tools to deliver learning, and getting them to work together can be a headache.

LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) is a standard that enables different learning platforms and tools to connect. Think of it as a universal plug, one that lets your tools talk to each other without the usual friction.

LTI integration in practice

A professional training company that offers advanced training to other businesses can now connect its high-level materials hosted on the H5P platform, which are already used as part of a course, by simply adding a new activity. This allows learners to continue the course without leaving their academy. Instructors can also collect completion data and grades directly within LearnWorlds, without going back and forth or tracking results separately in a spreadsheet.

LearnWorlds’ enhanced LTI capabilities allow you to integrate external content from platforms like H5P or LinkedIn Learning directly into your courses as activities. This centralizes training materials within your academy, eliminating the need to send learners to multiple platforms. The result is a more seamless experience, better suited for professional training organizations and enterprise clients.

Essential for most academic institutions and specialized organizations, the goal is unified learning. This centralization eliminates external learner logins and provides instructors with consolidated reporting, ensuring a non-fragmented experience.

March 10th | Attract and convert B2B deals

We’re right in the middle of Evolution 4x, and this second event focused on one key goal: making B2B deals easier to attract, manage, and convert with the new LearnWorlds capabilities.

With AI-powered automation, dedicated learner spaces, and major improvements in user and license management, closing and delivering corporate training is now far more efficient. What used to require heavy admin work and manual coordination can now run smoothly, giving you the structure and control enterprise clients expect, without the operational complexity.

If you missed the event, you can watch the replay by clicking here.

AI Automation: Automate learner journeys in minutes

The new automation engine takes LearnWorlds workflows to the next level. You can now build advanced automations with:

  • Multiple branches
  • Time delays
  • Conditional logic
  • Multiple exit conditions

Even complex workflows are easy to set up. With AI-powered automation, you describe your goal, and the platform drafts the workflow for you.

AI-powered automation in practice

A professional training provider can onboard different user groups, send tailored welcome emails, and enroll them in specific courses just by writing a short prompt. Within seconds, a multi-step automation is ready to review and launch.

Onboarding sequences, upsells, abandoned cart reminders, compliance nudges, course completion reminders, if you can describe it, you can automate it.

Learner Pages: A new home for your learners

B2B clients expect transparency and autonomy. Learners and managers need visibility without constant admin involvement.

With the new personalized learner pages, users get dedicated, self-serve spaces that include:

  • My Grades
  • My Progress
  • My Certificates
  • Calendar
  • My Learning
  • A revamped profile section

Each page is modular and configurable. Admins can enable or disable pages, rearrange sections, and personalize the experience to match their academy structure.

Learner Pages in practice

A school owner has just released the results of a recent assignment and made a new course available for enrolled learners. Students can go to “My Grades” to review their scores and overall performance, and then head to “My Learning” to access the new course they’ve been enrolled in, all from their dedicated learner space.

This allows your academy to achieve higher learner engagement, reduce admin support requests, and ensure greater visibility for both learners and managers.

Improved User Groups: Bulk control without complexity

Managing large cohorts manually is no longer sustainable when handling B2B deals. With the enhanced User Groups, you can assign granular permissions to group or seat managers, allowing you to control exactly how much access they have.

Managers can perform bulk actions such as enrollments, tagging, and status updates without admin intervention, and they gain access to an Activity Matrix to monitor learner progress in detail. You can also configure custom after-login destinations for collaborators, retain enrollments even when users are removed from groups, and selectively enroll users into specific products during bulk imports.

These improvements will significantly reduce administrative workload while maintaining full control over structure, access, and governance.

License Manager: Full visibility across the license lifecycle

Selling licenses is one thing. Managing them properly is what makes your B2B model scalable.

With the new License Manager, you turn license sales into a structured, trackable system, not a manual spreadsheet process. When a client purchases licenses, the License Reporter role is automatically assigned, and you can reassign it if needed.

As a school owner, you decide what the license manager sees when logging in: keep them in the learner view or redirect them to a dedicated admin environment with access to group-level analytics. They can monitor activation, progress, completion, engagement, assignments, reassignments, and renewals, all in one place.

This gives your B2B clients visibility and control, while you keep full governance over your academy.

With these capabilities, LearnWorlds transforms B2B delivery from a manual, admin-heavy process into a structured, automated, and enterprise-ready experience.

March 24th | Grow revenue on autopilot

Heading towards the end of our series, this event focused on one key goal: helping you scale your business by increasing order value and identifying revenue opportunities you might be missing.

With Order Bumps & Recommendations, volume-based discounts, tiered subscriptions, mobile subscriptions, and a brand-new Sales Analytics dashboard, LearnWorlds gives you everything you need to create a purchase experience that guides users through your catalog without friction and maximizes every transaction.

If you missed the event, you can watch the replay here.

Order Bumps & Recommendations: Increase value at every step

A lot of effort goes into getting a learner to the point of purchase. But the moment they reach checkout isn’t the end of the journey. It’s one of the most valuable opportunities to grow your revenue.

With Order Bumps, you can offer relevant courses at checkout that complement what learners are already buying. With one click, they can add them to their order, increasing value without friction.

Recommendations extend this beyond checkout, surfacing the right courses at the right moments across the journey, while browsing, in the cart, or after purchase.

You can automatically suggest:

  • Similar courses
  • Frequently bought together
  • Popular offerings

This turns every interaction into an opportunity to build on the learner’s initial interest, guiding them naturally through your catalog and helping you unlock additional revenue without adding complexity.

Order Bumps & Recommendations in practice

A professional training business offers foundational, specialist, and certification courses, but many learners buy a single course and stop there. By using recommendations and order bumps, the provider can suggest the next best program at the right time, during browsing, at checkout, or immediately after purchase. Learners get a more structured route toward mastery instead of having to search for their next step themselves. This improves progression across the catalog while increasing average order value.

Volume-based discounts: Encourage bigger purchases naturally

Another simple way to grow your revenue is by encouraging larger orders at the right moment.

With the new cart functionality, volume-based discounts can now be applied directly at checkout. You can offer:

  • Fixed discounts (eg $100 off)
  • Percentage discounts (eg 15% off)
  • Tiered discounts based on cart value (eg spend $100 → 10% off, $200 → 15%, $300 → 20%)

The more courses or licenses added, the better the pricing, encouraging bigger orders. This is ideal for B2B, where increasing licenses boosts deal value and average order size.

Tiered subscriptions: Flexible monetization that adapts to your learners

Subscriptions on LearnWorlds are now much more flexible, allowing you to create multiple Learning Programs, each with its own subscription and tiers (eg Basic, Premium, VIP), and learners can hold more than one subscription at the same time. This allows you to:

  • Offer your full catalog or specific collections under different plans
  • Combine subscriptions with one-time course sales
  • Restrict content to paying members

Tiered subscriptions let you package content into clear levels, each with its own price, included courses, and trial. With built-in upgrade paths (“unlock more”), learners can easily move between tiers as their needs change, without canceling.

Improved plan management tools let you extend trials, manage overdue payments, and (soon) apply coupons, all without leaving LearnWorlds.

Mobile subscriptions: Turn your app into a high-converting revenue channel

With mobile subscriptions, your app becomes a full revenue channel. Users can discover, subscribe, and start learning in just a few taps using native in-app purchases (App Store & Google Play), no redirects needed. Everything stays synced across the web and mobile.

This allows for higher conversions among mobile-first learners, thanks to a smoother experience directly in your app.

Sales analytics: Understand what’s really driving your revenue

Most businesses track revenue, but understanding why it changes is much harder. Growth can come from new sales, expansions, or upgrades, while declines might be driven by refunds or churn, and it’s not always easy to separate the two.

The challenge is fragmented data across gateways, reports, and manual payments.

Sales Analytics brings everything into one unified dashboard, so you can clearly see not just your revenue, but what’s driving it.

You can:

  • Track revenue over time (Gross & Net)
  • Understand the impact of refunds and commissions
  • See where revenue comes from across payment methods, models, and countries

For subscriptions, go deeper with metrics like MRR, retention, churn, and expansion, so you can clearly distinguish between growth and loss.

For example, if revenue drops, you can quickly see whether it’s due to increased churn or reduced expansion, and act on the real cause.

This allows a clearer insight into what’s driving change, so you can grow revenue more predictably.

What’s coming next

The three Evolution 4X events showed how you can expand your content faster and build the operational foundation to attract and close B2B deals with confidence. Now, let’s wrap up the series with AI tools that will change how you create content in your LearnWorlds school.
