workshop 1
Create & Build
Building a new course from source materials can take time, especially when you also need supporting content and assets. Explore how AI tools can help turn what you already have into a course experience, then try an approach in a cloned course and choose a next step for your school.

You’ll learn how to:
- Prepare source materials and define the learning outcomes your content needs to support
- Use AI tools to create or improve course content, websites, and media
- Leave with an AI creation workflow and one improvement planned or started
Features:
- AI Course Creation
- AI Website Builder
- Create Video and Audio with AI
- Asset Library
workshop 2
Engage & Interact
When learners have few chances to practice or get guidance, course content can feel passive. Explore where interaction can support a learning outcome, where it may distract, and how to plan or test an update in a course clone.

You’ll learn how to:
- Spot where learners need more practice, feedback, or guidance
- Choose interactive activities and AI learning tools that support a specific learning outcome
- Leave with an interaction planned or tested in a cloned course, ready to review before publishing
Features:
- Interactive Learning Objects
- Custom Learning Objects
- Learner Agent
workshop 3
Automate & Manage
Repeated academy tasks can take time away from other work. Map one recurring process, estimate the effort it takes, and explore where automation could reduce manual steps.

You’ll learn how to:
- Map a recurring academy process and estimate the time it takes
- Identify where automations, authoring agents, or certification workflows could reduce manual work
- Leave with a measurable improvement target and a practical next step
Features:
- Authoring Agents
- Certifications & Retraining Workflows
- LearnWorlds MCP
workshop 4
Personalize & Scale
When a school serves different learners or sells in different ways, one setup may not work for everyone. Explore how to adapt the learner experience and payment approach to your school’s needs.
This workshop is designed for established LearnWorlds schools already using learner groups and tags. We’ll focus on applying new personalization features, rather than teaching the foundations of segmentation.

You’ll learn how to:
- Build on your existing learner groups and tags to create more personalized learning experiences
- Explore navigation, pricing, and payment options for different learner and customer needs
- Leave with one personalization or payment improvement planned or tested for your academy
Features:
- User Memory & Personalization
- Multiple Pricing
- Top Bar, Hello Bar, and Learner Sidebar
- Manual Payments
